Attorney Wilson is consistently kind and courteous but is also an extremely aggressive litigator which is an uncommon combination. She is fearless but yet calculated in her approach; two attributes that are needed.  She is not an attorney who is big on theatrics in court. Rather, she emphasizes the law as it applies to the favorable facts that bolster her client’s case. I have full confidence in her ability as a litigator and have previously referred an existing client who needed a bold and fearless attorney to assist with a highly sensitive custodial dispute when I was unable to be present the day of the trial. Those clients were prevailed at trial and subsequently were able to adopt those children. I do not arbitrarily refer cases to other attorneys. Certainly, I gave careful consideration as to the attorney I felt confident would give my client the same level of attention as I would.
